Duties and taxes are both collected at checkout, ensuring customers will not incur additional fees unless otherwise notified.

The total price at checkout reflects all applicable taxes and duties, providing a seamless delivery experience with no unexpected charges.

Delivery time indicated upon checkout is only an ESTIMATE. The initial delivery time is subject to change due to weather conditions or any other delays. 

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information to monitor delivery status. Layaly is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier, including deliveries with tracking confirmation or delivery photo evidence, are considered fulfilled. If a package cannot be located after being marked delivered, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, and report suspected theft to local authorities if necessary.

Layaly will cooperate by providing available shipment information; however, we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
